What our patients say about us
Got a question?
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to wear?
Your physio will need to see the area that is in pain as well as things like posture and gait. Loose clothing, shorts, T-shirts. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in contact with us.
How long will my appointment be?
An initial assessment may be up to an hour, depending on your condition. follow up treatment sessions may be shorter (minimum 30 minutes).
How many physio appointments will I need?
This will be discussed within your treatment plan by you and your physio.
All conditions are different and so we tailor each treatment plan to ensure the right fit.
For example, if you are in acute pain, you may start off being seen 1-2 times a week, but this may decrease to every 1-2 weeks as your pain improves and muscles get stronger.
What equipment do I need?
Nothing!
We will bring everything to you.
All we require is a small space for a physio bed to be set up (if needed for your assessment), and an area that you can walk a few paces (if we need to assess your walking).
